Grange du Nord


Grange du Nord is a semi-hard, mixed milk cheese from the north of France.  A subtle taste to start, but wait for the flavour to develop... a delicious mix of brebis and fruity notes are very apparent and it's a cheese I personally cannot stop eating.

Source of milk: Cow and sheep's milk
Texture: Creamy, semi hard, crumbly
Flavour: Salty, fruity, sweet 
Aging time: Roughly 8 months

Serving suggestion: Great on a platter, served with some quince or fresh fruit.

Wine Pairing: Serve with a blonde beer from the north of France or a sweet wine.
