Pont l’Eveque is a wash rind cheese made from cow’s milk. The colour of its rind varies between golden yellow and orange and has a smoothy and creamy texture. Unique from most cheese is the shape of this wash rind, moulded as a square. This square cheese, soft, full bodied and rich in flavor.
