Bleu de Pyrenees (Moulis)


The perfection combination of a semi hard cheese, sheep's milk and a blue cheese. When young it is slightly milder and semi hard, but as it ages, it becomes firmer, with a clean “sheep” taste and strong blue finish. If you love your pyrenees cheeses, this is one to add to the list!
