Brie de Chèvre is produced and matured on the farm. Located in a small town called La Boissière Ecole, the farm is near the forest of Rambouillet. They use whole milk using traditional manufacturing.
Country of origin: France
Region, town: Ile de France, La Boissière-Ecole
Source of milk: Goat’s milk
Texture: Creamy, soft with lactic pate (when it’s young)
Flavour: Subtle scent with goaty flavour
Serving suggestion: Brie de Chèvre is a must have for all goaty lovers. Leave it room temperature and enjoy with some crackers or crusty bread.

If you love goat cheese, you will love this one. Definitely one of my favorite.
