Very traditional french brie made in Normandy from Graindorge family. If you want a strong rich brie that will take you back to your holiday in France, this is the one for you :-)

Country of origin: France
Region, town: Normandy, Livarot
Source of milk: Cow's Milk
Texture: Creamy, soft ripened and supple
Flavour: Buttery, creamy, smooth
Aging time: 5 - 8 weeks

Serving suggestion: Brie can be eaten straight off or added in a crusty baguette and ham.

Wine Pairing: Pair well with a Fruity reds such as a ripe 'cru' Beaujolais from a good vintage such as 2015, a fruity dry rosé (lovely on a picnic), a creamy, subtly oaked chardonnay (even a posh white Burgundy) or a blanc de blancs champagne or chardonnay-based sparkling wine.

*All our cheeses are cut by hand so the weight may vary slightly :)
