Le Moulis aux 3 Laits is made from ewe's, goat's and cow's milk. This natural rind cheese if made in l'Ariere region in the Pyrenees. It has a subtle texture with a pleasant earthy flavour.

Our Suggestion:

Cherry jam, wild berry preserve and plum and pecan - great balance between the sweetness of the pastes and the savoriness of the cheese

Best pairing with a Red wine: Haut-Médoc (Cab-Sauvignon, Cab-Franc grapes)
