Agrimontana Marrons Glacé are made from fresh Italian chestnuts with each chestnut harvested, selected and packed by hand.
During candying, the chestnut is enriched by the intense and persistent perfume of Madagascar vanilla and the intensity of cane sugar from Mauritius and Réunion Islands.
Marrons Glacé are perfect when eaten as it is (we love on a cheeseboard with Tomme des croquants or Brillat Savarin), used to enrich creams and mousses, or to create a magnificent marron glacé ice cream.
