Shaped like a small Camembert, Rond du Val is a pasteurised, bloomy rind cheese made by Papillon, who also makes a Roquefort. Rond du Val is a soft ewe’s milk cheese with a smooth brie-like texture. It offers a buttery and fruity taste under a white rind, felt-like, lightly undulating and a supple, fine texture.

Serve with a green salad or on hearty bread with nuts or fruits, and pair it with a white Chardonnay or a Chablis.
