CAN I ORDER MY CHEESE ONLINE?
Of course you can and we delivery AUSTRALIA wide! Or you can order online and collect from our shop or market stall.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we do! In order for a delivery you need to ensure someone will be there to collect your goods. If you know no one will be home, make sure it is sent to your office or work place where someone can accept the delivery. No PO BOX addresses will be accepted. All our cheeses will be sent from our office on Monday and we expect delivery to be Tuesday/Wednesday.
WHEN ARE THE CHEESES SENT?
It depends on your location:
Brisbane (within 15km of Le Fromage Yard shop) - Delivering Wednesday and Friday
Outter Brisbane Suburbs - Dispatching Tuesday/Wednesday
Gold Coast, Toowoomba + Sunshine Coast - Dispatching Tuesday/Wednesday
The rest of Australia - Dispatching Tuesday
HOW ARE THE CHEESES TRANSPORTED?
The cheeses will be sent by express post in a styrofoam box with a frozen gel pack to keep the products cool. Most inner city Brisbane deliveries are made our a refrigerated truck by one of our team.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN ORDER FOR A TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY DELIVERY?
It depends on your location:
Brisbane (15km radius of Le Fromage Yard shop) - cut off is 6pm Tuesday
Outter Brisbane Suburbs - cut off is 6pm Tuesday
Gold Coast, Toowoomba + Sunshine Coast - cut off is 6pm Tuesday
The rest of Australia - cut off is 6am Tuesday
IS ALL POSTAGE THE SAME?
Postage varies depending on your location. If you add an item to your cart and go to the check out, fill in the delivery details, a drop down box will appear with pricing. If you are only shopping dry products (oils, jam, balsamic etc), please contact us for a discounted rate.
HOW CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM MADE CHEESE TOWER?
The best way to order a custom cheese tower is to make an appointment with one of the team at our Le Fromage Yard store in Morningside. It allows you to try the cheeses you are interested in before you purchase. Alternatively, if you know the cheeses you want, you can always send us an email at info@lefromageyard.com or visit us in store.

We have a fromagerie in Morningside - Shop 7/611 Wynnum Rd, Morningside.

I WANT SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE IN YOUR CHEESE ROOM, CAN YOU GET IT IN?
On a number of occasions, we have taken customer requests. If you would like something interesting that you haven't found in Australia, email us and we'll see what we can do.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE SO MUCH FOR FREIGHT?
Sending a perishable goods can be challenging. We use the fastest available service (fast is never cheap) to ensure the highest quality product arrives at your door.
DO YOU CARRY LACTOSE FREE CHEESE ?
We carry a large range of cheeses, some of which have very little or non-measurable amounts of sugar from lactose. Most of our customers that are lactose intolerant tend to buy goat and sheep's milk cheeses.
