One of my best ever cheese experiences. Have never baked cheese so took inspiration from the tasting notes and had a go. Baked in a ceramic dish with a decent glug of Marsanne and baked at a moderate heat until the wine and cheese incorporated. Amazing results, the taste was great before baking, afterwards was delicious. Served simply with toasted sourdough for dipping and paired with assorted meats and an aged GSM and was a delightful experience. Will do again.

We have tasted the unpasteurised version of this . And this is pretty good. Best thing not as salty. Was great with sour dough and potatoes. Remove plastic wrap and place back in the tray. Push some garlic, rosemary and a dash of white wine. Wrap in foil 200degree for 20-30min Should be gooooeyyy and ready for dipping. Yum!!!
