STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
Store frozen between -22°C and -18°C.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.

HANDLING & USAGE
Defrost in a fridge (0-5°C) overnight or at room temperature.

• As candle: Serve ambient. Light the wick and
  consume the melting tallow, finishing in one
  sitting. Candle takes approx 5 min for wax to
  pool for dipping, depending on room
  temperature. Total melt time is approx 12-15
  min. Serving on a cold plate will result in a
  longer melting time. Be careful of exposed
  flame. Do not eat wick.
• In cooking: Tallow can be brought to melting
  point at 40°C and smoking point at 190-200°C.
• Fatwashing: At an alcohol to fat ratio of 2:1,
  melt tallow and mix into chosen spirit. Set in
  freezer overnight. The next day, pierce the fat
  layer and pour liquid through a chinois. Store
  chilled.

Tallow: Vegetable & herb infused hydrogenated coconut oil, sunflower oil, flavouring, cultured Japanese quail, natural flavour, salt, vegetable and fruit concentrate (beetroot, carrot, turmeric)
Wick: Cotton, Beeswax
