Terrine of Gorgonzola with dried figs and walnuts

Ingredients:
- 300 g of gorgonzola
- 150 g sheep's ricotta
- gherigli of walnuts
- 10/15 dried figs
- 1 glass of dry Marsala
Method:
- Place the dried figs in bowl with the Marsala to soften.
- Line a bread loaf mold with baking paper, allowing it to protrude from the edges.
- Arrange a layer of Gorgonzola sliced about 1cm think and a layer of figs on the bottom of the mold cut into trips, one of the sheep's ricotta and a layer of walnuts. Repeat the steps up to the edge of the mold, light pressing each layer.
- Refrigerate and serve immediately while cold.
