Meet our newest cheese from our German friends, Baldauf Chilikase, a bold new addition that’s as visually striking as it is delicious. This semi-hard cheese, crafted from organic Alpine milk, is wrapped in a rich coat of organic chili flakes, creating a beautiful red rind that promises a touch of heat with every bite. After maturing for three months, the result is a cheese that’s slightly hot, mildly spicy, and packed with flavour and a slight pungency.
Whether melted as Raclette or enjoyed as a spicy snack, Baldauf Chilikase adds a dash of excitement to any cheese board.
