CHEESE or GIROLLE CURLER - The stainless steel curler and oak wood base is ideal for producing cheese curls. (For hard cheeses such as Tête de Moine.) The crimper can also be used to cut chocolate to create decorations for cakes etc.
We have also had many customers use this tool on Tomme Brulee for a slightly lighter, less rich cheese option.
