Le Gaslonde’s lemon-kissed olive oil butter begins with Normandy cream, matured and churned slowly in a traditional baratte for a luxurious texture. Fromagerie Réo—founded in 1931—has kept these methods alive to celebrate the unique terroir of Normandy, where abundant rainfall and rich pastures produce some of France’s finest cream. After churning, extra-virgin olive oil and lemon essence are gently folded through, marrying Mediterranean brightness with Normandy’s time-honoured butter craftsmanship.

Milk Source: Cow’s milk cream 
Texture: Smooth, creamy with a glossy finish
Flavour: Buttery richness uplifted by fruity olive oil, fresh lemon zest, and a delicate fleur de sel minerality
