Camargue Fleur de Sel is a unique salt with a delicate and crunchy texture. It is made up of flakes resulting from a special form of crystallisation at the surface of the water.
This exceptional salt has been harvested by hand in Aïgues-Mortes since Antiquity. It is the result of the work of the salt farmers and a combination of the Mistral wind, the sea and the sunshine that are all so characteristic of Camargue.
The cork lid is an essential feature of our product. Cork is an ecological and natural material that helps to preserve all the qualities of Le Saunier de Camargue fleur de sel.
Fleur de Sel is the perfect seasoning to enhance all kinds of dishes, from the most simple to the most refined. It is used on the dining table or at the end of cooking. It is ideal with grilled meat, fish and salads.
