The black truffles used to make this tasty Italian speciality are from the city of Alba in the Piedmont region.
Brezzo are Italian honey experts, sourcing a range of specialty honeys from wild flowers and using non-thermal extraction treatments to ensure the honey is treated as gently as possible.
This honey is light and floral with shaved black truffle throughout which adds a rich, aromatic perfume.
A beautiful accompaniment with goat's cheese, soft cheeses, aged, rich cheeses and blue cheeses or even with cured and dry meat.
