A special Dutch cheese that is truly unique in it's taste and texture. If you think you have tried Gouda, think again! Gouda Millennium takes 1000 days to age (3 years) and create this beautiful strong taste and crumbly texture. 

Country of origin: Netherlands
Region, town: Oudendijk
Source of milk: Cow's milk
Texture: Hard, firm, crumbly
Flavour: Slight caramely, nutty, sweet 
Aging time: Minimum 1000 days
