Kefalograviera is one of the most popular Greek cheeses, firm in texture and made exclusively from pasteurized sheep and goat milk, according to the authentic traditional recipe. A product of Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O), it makes an exceptional side dish as it is excellent when grilled in slices or cubes, a pleasant accompaniment to red wines, or it can even be added to baked dishes or grated over pasta. Its rich flavor is both, uplifting and pleasantly surprising!
