The belly of pork is salted and spiced. It’s then rolled and placed into a natural casing. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. It is sliced thinly to full enjoy the flavour.

    I always use this for my platters, not as salty as prosciutto but plenty of flavour.
