    Great product for entertaining or just for yourself with a nice red crackers and a semi hard cheese , delicious!

    I've never tried this kind of sausage before and it was an interesting experience. I have the feeling its characteristics would be appreciated more by someone who grew up with this style of charcuterie. It's very dense and much harder to chew than typical Australian salamis. I left it out hanging in the kitchen, but even at room temperature, it's very firm. The eating experience reminded me of jerky, in that you need to chew thoroughly to release the flavor. When you do, it has a pleasant, slightly gamey taste. Maybe having it with some other nibbles and some wine would enhance the experience. I'm glad I tried it but once is enough for me.
