Villa Truffo is a beautiful farmhouse cheese made with Black Italian Truffles, which gives this cheese a delicious, luxurious flavour and strong truffle flavour. Ripened on wooden planks for only 8 weeks the gentle taste of this Gouda and intense aroma of the truffle form an unlikely, yet irresistible combination.

    I found this cheese to have a beautiful semi soft texture. The flavour was superb for my taste. I paired it with a dry processco.

    This cheese is yummm ! Perfect for melting , smooth and soft flavours and a beautiful texture when melted on a crispy baguette,, so good !

    Gouda tang and truffle smoothe was an excellent combination. So good! Ate with crackers and warm bread.
