They choose the following:
1 x wheel of Irish Porter - 2.5kg
1 x Wheel of Cremeux de Bourgogne - 1.5kg
1 x Half wheel of Bleu d'Auvergne - 1.5kg
1 x Cut of buche - 300-500g
Total weight = 6kg
Caters to 90-140 guests.
Wheel vary slightly in size and prices are based on each individual customers and wheel sizes.
