This sweet and spiced gherkin slice is perfect on a sandwich, burger or charcuterie board (accompanied by a beer). We are are currently using this delicious addition to our popular Cuban style baguette sandwich. It is a great alternative to cornichon, if you prefer something slightly less acidic. Also delicious eaten from the jar with a fork while standing in the soft glow of the fridge light at 2am. Let's be real... we've all been there!

Ingredients: Gherkin, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, spices.
