Wattlebank Mist

Handcrafted by Prom Country Cheese in South Gippsland, Wattlebank Mist is a certified organic bloomy rind cheese with a beautiful white coat and a rich, creamy centre.

Sweet and creamy when young, the traditional make and long maturation allow the cheese to develop considerably more depth and complexity. As it ripens, the paste becomes increasingly luscious while the bloomy rind contributes another layer of character, leading to a rich and lingering finish.

An elegant Australian soft cheese that's equally suited to a simple cheeseboard or as the creamy centrepiece of a larger selection.
