Delicious, as ever. Rich, creamy and best consumed with a lighter cracker. Superb paired with thin slices of green apple slices.

We ate this cheese after letting it come to room temperature for a while. Truly delicious and with an unusual light texture. Eaten with small toasts. A first for me and my guests. Unanimous praise. More please.

I am addicted to this cheese, it is honestly the tastiest creamiest I’ve ever had! It has a creamy layer between the “skin” and the middle that just makes it omg. I can’t express to you how tasty this cheese is, I’ll just keep buying it for myself
