The same exceptional bread you enjoy in store with us, but uncooked, so you can have it fresh whenever you want.
This French sourdough baguette has strength and character due to the mix of buckwheat and rye flour in its dough. The sourdough dough gives a mildly sour taste not present in most breads. It has an aroma of warm hay Malted wheat and a taste of roasted coffee.
Cook 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes! If you do not intend to cook it once it is received, please ensure you freeze it until you want to eat it.
