Le Grand Bichon: A creamy, goat's milk Camembert from France's Centre-Val de Loire region. Rich, tangy flavor with a delicate, buttery texture. Perfect for a cheeseboard!

Indulge in a lactose-free, creamy brie made with goat's milk! This brie offers a milder flavor profile than traditional French chevre, while still retaining the characteristic acidity, tanginess, and grassy notes. Its soft exterior complements the marshmallow-like interior, creating a delightful texture.

Country of origin: France
Region, town: Centre-Val de Loire region
Source of milk: Goat's Milk
Texture: Creamy, marshallow-like interior, chalky when young
Flavour: chevre like, slighly acidic, earthy and grassy notes.
Aging: from about 4 weeks
Size wheels: about 1kg

Our Suggestion: Pair this delicious cheeses with some honeycomb, fresh figs and prosciutto or squid ink truffle salami and you are set for the after!

*All our cheeses are cut by hand so the weight may vary slightly :)
