The history of Lucien Georgelin pâtés begins 40 years ago, when Lucien Georgelin himself prepared his pâtés in the winter after making his jams in the summer. Discover the delicious range of old preserves from yesteryear.

The Sarladais pâté with summer truffles is cooked in the heart of the South-West , in our workshops in Virazeil in Lot et Garonne. It is made up of a little foie gras for the softness, summer truffles for the flavor, that's what you'll enjoy with this pâté with Périgord accents !

More than a delicious moment of tasting , it is all the art of living in the south-west that you will find in this pâté , it is eaten with pleasure as well as a starter or a picnic.

This pâté made  like at home is made  without additives , which explains the fat visible on the top.

 

Ingredients: Pork meat*, Pork throat*, duck foie gras 7%, chicken broth (water, poultry carcasses, onion, salt, pepper), broken summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 1.6%, salt, pork gelatin, pepper, sugar. *Origin: France
