Indulge in the creamy decadence of Fromage de Meaux, a taste of authentic French luxury.

Fromage de Meaux is the pasteurized variation of the renowned 'Brie de Meaux,' a name-protected brie originating from France. Brie de Meaux adheres to stringent production regulations established by the French government, ensuring the preservation of brie cheese's quality and authenticity. Regrettably, because of Australian regulations on raw milk cheese, importing 'Brie de Meaux' into Australia is prohibited. Therefore, Fromage de Meaux is produced using pasteurized milk, striving to replicate the authentic French brie experience as closely as possible for those within Australia.
