Fromagerie Prayoud
Gruyere AOP

Gruyere AOP
Description
Fromagerie Prayoud Gruyère AOP is a masterfully crafted, semi-hard Alpine cheese made from raw cow’s milk in the heart of Switzerland's Canton of Fribourg. This Gruyère is aged for a minimum of 10 months, allowing it to develop a complex flavour profile that is both nutty and slightly sweet, with subtle earthy undertones. As it matures, the cheese evolves, revealing hints of caramel and fruity notes balanced with a refined umami finish. The texture is firm yet creamy, making it perfect for melting, slicing, or enjoying on a cheeseboard.
