Tomate Provencale

For the purests out there..... Avert your eyes! I am changing this recipe!

  • 4-5 tomatoes, big
  • 1 bunch of curly-leaf parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 80-100g Tomyere, greated (can substitute with any of the cheese options below)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

- Preheat oven to 180degress
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
- In a bowl, combine parsley, garlic, tomyere and bread crumbs and set aside.
- Half the tomatoes and place on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper
- Sprinkle the mixture of herbs etc on top the tomatoes and drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
