We bring you the most perfect flavour combination around (and don't they look so damn cute)! And what might that be you're asking? A fresh crumbly goat cheese with honey mixed through. It has the perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, freshness with a delightfully subtle spiced flavour (notes of cumin, coriander).

This product was brought in as a test item, but we sold out before we were end able to let the cheesy world know about it. Get in quick as stock does not last long.

Country of origin: Lamonzie-Saint-Martin, France
Source of milk: Goat's Milk
Texture: Creamy, crumbly, fudgey
Flavour: Tangy, lemony, sweet, acidic, spiced notes

Our Suggestion: A beautiful, fresh summer table cheese, perfect for salads or even goat cheese spring rolls. Why not jazz up your cheese by chopping some walnuts finely and rolling the edges in it - it looks beautiful and is a delightful pairing.

Wine pairing: A beautiful cheese with fresh, crisp whites, sparkling, champagne or light reds.
