A traditional and well know cheese by the French, Petit St Maure is a unique log shaped goat's cheese. Its unique wrinkly rind reveals a light acidic and citrusy taste and develops into a richer earthy, tangy taste.

We had little slices of this on rye bread and melted under the grill topping our salad for lunch. Was utterly delicious. Well described in the tasting notes!
