Meet L'Affine au Champagne Rose. An incredible soft, wash rind cheese that has been matured in a champagne rose in Burgundy. This beautiful cheese has a delicate flavour with a slight yeasty finish.

Perfectly presented pink washed rind cheese with a rich buttery gooey consistency. Runny straight from fridge, runs away from you if left out more than 10 minutes - yum! Flavour is a lot like a Castello White but richer with a very slight rose flavour. Got through this way too fast but probably a good thing, as I’d give it less than a week once opened before it may start to turn. It was absolutely delicious and I will order it again.
