1st Prize winner 2017 Redcliffe Show
Stone & Lea’s Rhubarb + Vanilla Bean Jam is a First Prize Winner at the Redcliffe Show 2017 and is also the makers favourite! Handmade using the freshest and biggest Rhubarb from Mt Tamborine in Queensland and blended together with a split and scraped vanilla bean pod from Papua New Guinea, we slow cook our jam using the traditional jamming method using no added pectin, allowing the sugar and lemon juice to naturally set and preserve the jam. The natural sourness of fresh Rhubarb gives this jam a lovely tart flavour, with the delicate essence of the vanilla bean for that delicious after tone.
