Stone & Lea’s Caramelised Onions are handmade using the freshest onions locally sourced from the South East Queensland farming regions and is the makers favourite savoury relish. We hand peel each onion and slow cook for hours until tender, combining the vinegar and sugars, this savoury relish has the sweet and sour flavour all in one with the cumin seeds providing a lovely aromatic after taste.
